• What hours can I surrender myself on a warrant?
The Sheriff’s Office is operational 24 hours daily.

• How do I get a warrant issued?
First you must make a police report by the agency where the incident occurred. The Law Enforcement Officer that takes your report will advise you on the procedures of getting a warrant issued.

• Can you tell me if you have a warrant for someone?

No. However if you have an address on where the subject is, we will gladly take the information and investigate.

• Can I inquire about a warrant for my arrest via telephone?
No.  If you believe there is an outstanding warrant for your arrest, it is better to go the nearest police precinct or the Sheriff’s Office to inquire.
